This small character inkjet printing is performed by a Preza Mini small character coder. The Preza Mini is an excellent choice for continuous inkjet coding of cans or any product on a high volume production line. Here the Mini is continuously date coding cans as they are either hand fed to a turntable, or as they would move down a 500 piece per minute (or more) high volume production line. The Mini will code in this fashion 24/7 365. The Mini is not a CIJ machine, it is much less expensive (75% less expensive) both in initial cost and in TCO than a CIJ. You do not need to purchase a CIJ machine to achieve continuous inkjet printing. The Mini uses state of the art DOD technology to print small characters continuously at very high speeds with solvent based ink on any product.
